Corporate yacht charters in Cabo: how it works

A corporate yacht charter in Cabo costs USD 2,709 to 6,799 for four hours depending on the yacht, for groups of twelve to fifteen on one boat or up to forty-five across three. The McKinna 70 is the turnkey option: a crew of five with chef, WiFi and an air-conditioned salon for twelve, with a multi-course menu and complimentary drinks served on board. The Sea Ray 55 takes fifteen with air conditioning and the Sea Ray 65 takes twelve and meets you at Fisherman's Landing restaurant, by the Cabo Escape terminal.

The four-hour plan runs from Marina Cabo San Lucas to the Arch and the sea lions, then an anchor stop near Lover's Beach with the paddle boards and the floating mat, lunch on deck and the return along Médano Beach. The planner's guide to corporate charters and our notes on boats for large groups cover timing and multi-boat setups.

Quotes, invoices and payment

Ask for the quote by email in the request and it arrives in writing before anything is paid, listing the yacht, the hours, the food and any extras. Once you confirm the date, we send a secure Stripe link that takes cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and your confirmation comes with the yacht, the captain, the slip and the meeting time. If the Port Captain closes the harbor for weather, the charter moves to another date or the payment comes back in full.

Food, drinks and extras for a team day

On every yacht except the Azimut 70 and the McKinna 70 you bring your own drinks and the crew keeps them on ice; no alcohol is sold on board. Lunch is ordered in the planner: the Mexican feast serves fourteen to sixteen for MXN 4,550, box lunches start at MXN 238 and the large charcuterie board is MXN 2,520. A professional photographer can join for USD 180, with all the photos from your charter, paid directly to the photographer. Add it in the planner. Drone shots of the group at the Arch and hotel pickup are arranged on request and quoted separately. A professional DJ goes on yachts of 40 ft or more, from USD 399 for 2 hours (USD 649 for 3 hours on 50 ft and up, their minimum), plus USD 150 per extra hour, paid directly to the DJ. A cardstock sign with the company name is fine; balloons are no longer allowed on board by the Port Captain.

Groups of more than fifteen

Teams over fifteen go on two or more yachts that leave together. Pairing the Sea Ray 55 and the Sea Ray 65 gives 27 seats; adding the Pontoon 38 takes you to 45. We stagger the departures by a few minutes so the boats arrive at the Arch together for the group photo and anchor side by side for the swim stop, and each yacht keeps its own captain and crew.
